1. Why do I need a process server?
The certified process server acts as an unbiased third-party to your legal proceedings. Process Servers are officers of the court.

2. How do I know that my papers have been served?
We Serve It For You will contact you at every attempt made. Generally, three attempts are included in your fee. When the documents have been successfully served, we create an affidavit of service that we file with the court within 48 hours of serving your documents. A copy of the certificate of service will be mailed to you.

There are several factors that determine the service fee (see our fees):

-Urgency
-Type of documents
We accept debit cards, Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and cash.
Checks are accepted only by customers paying on an invoice.

5. What if the person that I need to serve is out of state?
We Serve It For You has the ability to get your documents served out of state.

6. I am considering switching process service companies, and I expect a very specific set of duties to be performed. How can I be assured that We Serve It For You can handle all of my requirements?
We are excited to learn about all of your needs and make it our constant goal to exceed your expectations. We have found that communication is the key to meeting the needs of our clients. We suggest calling We Serve It For You to set up a meeting with John Coy, the Operations Manager, to discuss your needs and how exactly we can fulfill them.

7. Will We Serve It For You file my documents every day?
Yes, we will file your documents everyday at most Courts, State and Federal Entities. If your firm meets a minimum amount of process service work, scheduled daily filings are free.

8. Can I use We Serve It For You for my rush deliveries?
Yes, we are adequately staffed to handle your rush deliveries. Call us for immediate pick up and delivery of your important documents.

9. How do I start using We Serve It For You for my evictions?
Call and speak to John Coy, the Operations Manager, about your specific needs. During this call, John will ask you questions regarding the amount of units you own or manage, approximately how many units are delinquent at the first of the month, and when would be a good time for both of you to meet so that John can deliver the appropriate forms for you to start using our service.
